His dedication to the art world has been a sideline on the exercise of his profession as a lawyer and economist. Currently it is still president of a major law firm in Barcelona.
Since 2001 A Modest Sala directs its style made exclusively for abstract expressionist painting, beginning to experiment with new techniques. His painting, thereafter, it is becoming very popular and increases the exhibitions.
Today is devoted entirely to painting. His works are known, especially in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris.
Essential element in the process of creation is the painter\'s own technique that prepares, through mixtures, binders and solvents your own substances.
The technique is based on their color pigments in oil on canvas and burlap. While used gums, varnish, sand and other materials to give his paintings a texture and expressive brilliance that characterizes him. Also some of his paintings are done as collage.
The Empordà, Costa Brava and Begur are the usual location in which the artist is inspired by and performed his works.
These sites are in Catalonia, a nation bordered by the Mediterranean, which has its own culture, within the Spanish state.
